Fitnic is a safe, non-judgmental space, for women of all fitness levels, to participate in an uplifting, engaging environment, whilst getting fit and networking with each other. The beauty being that you can go at your own pace and push yourself as hard as you like. There is no pressure! If you’re new to working out, we’ve got you. Equally, if you consider yourself a pro, we’ve also got you! We’re here to provide progression depending on each client’s individual needs.

Fitness should always be fun and social and that’s precisely what Fitnic stands for, except we have an added bonus. We do it picnic style, with music (crucial!) and we’re an all-female community, accommodating to all fitness levels.

Our mission is to create an inclusive female fitness environment that brings women together by positively promoting both physical and mental wellbeing. 

Our aim is to grow a community of like-minded women who are keen to maintain a fitness regime within a social environment and provide a platform for networking and community building.

We’re running on a fortnightly basis on Saturday mornings from 11:00 – 13:00, from 8th June – 12th October 2019 in and around different parks of Wimbledon, please check the location of each event on our location page, and when you arrive look out for the Fitnic flags! Each class will be a slightly different workout but our approach will remain the same – A one-hour fitness class that will take you on a journey of both mental and physical well-being, will leave you feeling invigorated and will satisfy your taste buds whilst networking with friendly faces!
