Running weekly, every Tuesday evening 7pm – 8pm in Wimbledon, Fitnic is a safe, non-judgmental space, for women of all fitness levels, to participate in an uplifting, engaging environment, whilst getting fit and networking with each other. The beauty being that you can go at your own pace and push yourself as hard as you like. There is no pressure! If you’re new to working out, we’ve got you covered and equally if you consider yourself a pro, we’ve also got you! We’re here to provide progression depending on each client’s individual needs.
Fitness should always be fun and social and that’s precisely what Fitnic stands for, except we have an added bonus. We incorporate mental well-being, food, music (crucial!) and we’re an all-female community, accommodating to all fitness levels.
Our weekly Tuesday night classes are fitness only and our picnic element runs as a ‘supper club’ throughout the colder months, on the first Friday of every month, and as an outdoor picnic every fornight in the summer months. Both of these events include a one hour fitness class prior to the food.
Our mission is to create an inclusive female fitness environment that brings women together by positively promoting both physical and mental wellbeing.
Our aim is to grow a community of like-minded women who are keen to maintain a fitness regime within a social environment and provide a platform for networking and community building.
Our classes are circuit based with a focus on high intensity interval training (HIIT). Each week the circuits will differ but our approach will always remain the same; A one-hour fitness class that will take you on a journey of both mental and physical well-being, will leave you feeling invigorated and uplifted, all whilst networking with friendly faces!
